WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
“I really enjoyed this course . Gave me a great insight to acting. Learnt a lot in just 3 hrs. Didn’t want it to end!! Mark was fantastic! He made the course fun and made everyone feel comfortable. He really listens, understands and gives great feedback. Thank you for making the first experience less nerve racking :)” Georgia Prossimo
“I was a little apprehensive at first but the whole thing became an enjoyment rather than an ordeal thanks mainly to the positive supportive environment created. I thought the content, the way it was run, and the group size were ideal and worked very well. I got a lot out of how to dissect a script and get into the head of the writer regarding the characters. Excellent leadership and knowledge shared in a supportive environment with a small group all of whom were at roughly the same level of experience/expertise. (Mark Hennessy) was Brilliant. Friendly, engaging, obviously very experienced and knowledgeable and very well presented engaging/encouraging all participants in all aspects.” Russell Medhurst
“I had no expectations going into the acting course and came out so impressed with the content and delivery of the course.” Emma Turner
“I was so impressed by the amount of content covered and the clear structure of the acting course. The course covered more than I expected! I was very excited at the amount of knowledge I walked away with after only 3 hours. I was able to walk out the door with a bunch of strategies and techniques to think about – it felt like I was truly studying theatre again! Mark was fantastic. I felt like I was truly studying theatre again – I feel that was because of Mark’s expertise and his wonderful way of engaging participants and passing on knowledge.” Tershia Van Denham
“As an introduction it was great – with lots of ideas given and shared. (It was a) course that covered more than I expected it would in 3 hours … I got the most out of analysing the script with Mark and hearing his (and everyone’s) ideas on the construction and dissection of the script. Also how to look at the script and break it down. The course and material covered was well structured and solid … Mark was able to get a lot of information across in a short amount of time. He expressed himself at a level we could all understand. He taught but also listened and made the class feel comfortable and safe… It was a pleasure to be in his class and not as frightening as I thought it might or could be.” Anne Vassiliadis
“I found the course to be an open, friendly environment, where participation was encouraged without feeling confronted. I felt the course covered a lot of insight in such a short period of time. A great way to break first timer nerves.” Heath Pericaud
