COVID-19 Terms and Conditions
Please read carefully our terms and conditions regarding refunds and transfers during COVID-19
- Should you contract Covid during your course NO REFUNDS or TRANSFERS will apply
- Should you contract Covid during your course, you must isolate for 7 days and not come to class until you are well and test Negative
- PLEASE NOTE: All classes will take place online via Zoom should a lockdown announcement stop Brave Studios providing face to face learning. Classes will continue online until we are able to resume in the studio.
- Should a lockdown come into place forcing Brave Studios to stop face to face classes and move to online learning before the course commences, you are only eligible for a FULL REFUND or TRANSFER if you give Brave Studios 7 days notice prior to the course commencement date.
- Should a Lockdown be announced and enforced within 7 days of your course commencement date, forcing Brave Studios to stop face to face classes and move to online learning, NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS will be offered.
- Should further lockdowns come into place forcing Brave Studios to stop face to face classes and move to online learning during your course, NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS will be offered. The course will be continued and completed via ZOOM Online until we are able to resume in the studio.
- If you are traveling from interstate to study at Brave Studios and border restrictions prohibit you from continuing your course, NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS will be offered.
WHAT WE OFFER IF YOU GET SICK
- You are welcome to do an hour make-up session at $95.00 on ZOOM with your teacher.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR TEACHER GETS SICK?
- Another of our highly qualified teachers will run the next class and fill in until your teacher is well enough to teach.
- Should a replacement teacher be unavailable, your current teacher will run the class Online via ZOOM
