Looking for online teenage acting classes for film and TV to fill time?  Here you have it!

Brave Studios is proud to bring you an online version of our popular teenage acting course over 4 weeks with highly regarded acting teacher Lyndelle Green.

All classes will be conducted via Zoom. Zoom is an easy web-based video conferencing tool and a mobile app that allows users to meet online with LIVE video. We will, therefore, be able to offer our usual classes in easy-to-use online format.

In the off chance the restrictions are lifted from the 20th August onwards and we are able to continue with face to face learning – we will definitely return to the classroom.

Designed and created especially for teenagers, our classes are specific to film and TV acting. However, principles learned in class can also expand to other types of acting.

Young aspiring actors will deepen their knowledge, be challenged, and receive constructive feedback. Brave Studios creates a safe, nurturing yet professional environment for students to take risks in and make bold choices.

Our online teenage acting classes give you the chance to improve your acting abilities above and beyond what you thought possible. Our aim is to make you the best actor you can be, whilst having fun.

Students have the chance to meet like-minded teenagers and delve into the world of film and tv acting. We use scenes specifically for teens from the TV shows they know and love, like Riverdale, Stranger Things, Neighbours and more.

Lyndelle will guide students through a comprehensive breakdown of a script through to the creation of a fully-formed scene full of richness and emotional truth. These acting classes will also challenge students to listen and respond to the other actor and understand the truth to a scene.

Students will also gain an understanding of how film acting is different from stage acting – as many students will only have experienced school drama classes for the stage.

Teenagers interested in taking their acting abilities to the next level should absolutely apply. Our class sizes are kept small – maximum of 14 students. Therefore our students are able to receive the attention they deserve.

  • Acting for the camera techniques
  • Working on a variety of scenes
  • Working with a partner online,
  • How to get through nerves and blocks,
  • Skills and tools you can use on set, or for audition preparation,

Strong Command of the English language

Students will be dealing with difficult concepts that require an advanced level of English language comprehension. Therefore, it is imperative that all students have a strong command of English. Please feel free to discuss this with one of our staff at Brave Studios should you need clarification.

Applications and Pre-requisites

Strong command of the English Language

Students will be dealing with difficult concepts that require an advanced level of English language comprehension. Therefore, it is imperative that all students have a strong command of English as there will be constant reading and learning of text. Please feel free to discuss this with one of our staff at Brave Studios should you need clarification.

    *We do not take payment through the website. Payment can either be made over the phone via credit card, or via direct deposit. The account details will be sent to you in an invoice once you enrol.
    *If paying a deposit, please note that the balance for the course is due 2 weeks prior to course commencement. Your deposit must be received before your place can be confirmed
    *STUDENT LOYALTY DISCOUNT - If you have completed 3 or more 8 week courses with Brave Studios you may be eligible for an ongoing 10% discount. This only applies to Beginner and Actors Workshop 8 week courses commenced from 2013 onwards.

  • REFUND POLICY

    BALANCE: Any outstanding balance must be paid 1 week prior to the course start date.  
    REFUND POLICY: Notification of cancellation must be given at least 14 days prior to class commencement for course fees or deposit to be refunded. If you have enrolled but do not notify us of cancellation 14 days prior to the commencement of the course your deposit and/or any fees paid will be retained by Brave Studios. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after course commencement or during the run of the course. Brave Studios reserves the right to cancel any class in which case fees will be refunded in full. Payments for the 3 hour introductory workshop and 1 day auditioning workshops are non-refundable.  
    TRANSFER POLICY: If a student has paid a deposit and wishes to transfer into another course as opposed to receiving a refund, the transfer should take place within 12 months of the initial course start date, given that at least 14 days notice has been received. It is the students responsibility to inform us of their availability for new course dates. The student will also be subject to any course fee increases made during that time.
    VIDEO POLICY: All class footage filmed at Brave Studios remains the property of Brave Studios and must not be used for any purpose unless permission is sought and granted by Brave Studios Directors.
