Damien Fotiou

Damien Fotiou is the Director of Brave Studios together with Elle Mandalis. Damien has been working as an actor in the Film and TV industry for over 25 years. He has numerous theatre and film credits to his name. His body of work over this time include Neighbours, Tomorrow when the War Began, Rush and Head On to name a few.

Damien is classically trained at VCA and has been instrumental in the course curriculum and teachings of Brave. He has taught all levels from our Beginners Courses to the the Advanced Classes over the past 10 years of Brave Studios.

Damien’s wealth of knowledge and love of the craft is evident in his teachings. He brings a calmness and focus to the classroom and journey for each actor, providing a safe and inspiring space for all students to thrive. 

Damien has been running the self test service at Brave Studios for the last 10 years bringing out the best performances from actors ensuring they send their best takes forward to clients. Many of his clients have resulted in winning roles both internationally and locally. Damien receives extremely high feedback from all his clients including Actors, Agents and Producers as they trust they are in the best hands for sending out solid, professional self tests.
