Petra Yared

Petra Yared is a multi-award-winning Australian actress renowned for her extensive career in television, film and voiceover. She began her acting journey in the early 1990s and gained widespread recognition for her lead roles as Nikki Colbert in Skytrackers and Jo Tiegan in Mirror, Mirror for which she won the Australian Film Institute Award for Best New Talent.

Petra’s television career includes significant roles in several acclaimed Australian series:

• MDA, Crownies, All Saints, Rescue Special Ops and Neighbours, to name a few.

For the past two years, she has been a core member of the teaching staff at Brave Studios and is a valued member of the office team. She also taught at Greentree Acting School, inspiring the next generation of actors with her industry experience and passion for the craft.
